Craft Space Studio is operated by the Craft Space Studio Planning Lab. We design our planning tools with a strict privacy-first architecture: your room dimensions, furniture positions, and machine configurations remain entirely on your local device. We do not transmit or store your workspace drawings on our servers.

2. Local Storage vs Server Data

Client-Side Local Storage:When you save a room plan or add products to the comparison tray, this data is saved exclusively in your browser’s local storage (`localStorage`). It is never uploaded to an external server or profile database.

3. Data We Collect and Why

Contact Form Submissions: When you submit a question or correction, we collect your name, email, and message solely to investigate the feedback and respond.
Optional Newsletter / Checklist Delivery: If you optionally request email delivery of the measurement checklist, your email is processed securely to deliver the requested asset. Double opt-in consent is requested before sending future updates.
Operational Server Logs: Like standard web hosts, our servers log technical connection details (anonymized IP, request URL, browser user agent) for DDoS protection and error diagnostics. Logs are purged within 30 days.

4. Third-Party Retailers & External Links

Our platform provides direct links to retailers (such as Arrow Sewing, Michaels, Amazon, and Sewing Machines Plus). When you click an outbound merchant link, you leave our site and become subject to that retailer’s respective privacy policies and tracking terms.
